What we do?
Each year we grow our Helix Aspersa snails in our open farms. All the steps including mating, reproduction, incubation, fattening and harvesting occurs under complete supervision of our trained technical team. We follow natural and chemical free farming process and emphasize on extensive research to ensure we have quality first class snails each year. We prepare our farms by cultivating natural resources and supplements including rapeseed, sunflowers and lettuce in advance. The conditions that snails are kept as close as their wildlife. At our company escargot roe and snail meat is harvested each year and after the course of collection, decontamination, processing and preservation. it is dedicated to export for gastronomy purposes. The remaining snails are used for mucus extraction and reproduction of baby snails for the following year.
